About Me

I created Strong Minds Strong Families as a space for support, reflection, and guidance for those shaping the next generation. My heart is for those leaders of the home who are carrying a lot and desire a clearer, wiser way to move through family life.

My background is in psychology, child development, psychoeducation, and family support. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with families and coaching teachers as they supported children through emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. That work deepened my belief that when adults are supported, children are strengthened too.

I’m also a new mom, and that has made this work even more personal to me. I know motherhood can be beautiful, stretching, and lonely all at once, especially when you are building family far from family or carrying things that others cannot always see.

My approach is non-clinical, purely educational, rooted in care and respect for you and your family. I also offer a calm, thoughtful space where people can feel supported, reflect honestly, and move forward with greater clarity and practical next steps.

My work is shaped by faith, wisdom, and a deep desire to strengthen minds and families with truth, compassion, and hope.

I’m grateful you’re here,

Daniela
