I offer individual sessions for moms who want a calm, non-judgmental space to reflect, feel supported, and think through practical next steps in the middle of emotional, family, or motherhood challenges.

What kind of things can we talk about in a session?

We can talk through things like emotional overwhelm, motherhood, family dynamics, loneliness, transitions, parenting responses, child behavior, and practical next steps for home and family life.

Is this therapy?

No. This is not therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment. My support is non-clinical, educational, and grounded in child development, emotional understanding, and family life.
