Yes. Services may include parent workshops, children’s emotional skills sessions, reflection resources, and 1:1 educational support for specific family situations or growth areas.

Is this therapy?

No. This is not therapy, or replacement to clinical treatment. In this space I offers educational support, reflections, workshops, tools, and guidance to help families grow in emotional wisdom, communication, and other practical skills.

What makes your approach different?
I try to make social-emotional skills very simple, practical, and honest - something families can actually use at home. The goal is not to shame parents or “fix” children. The goal is to HELP families understand what is happening beneath behavior, respond with more wisdom, and build stronger patterns over time.

Do you offer support in Spanish?
Yes. I offer support in both English and Spanish.
